    Jacqui commenced her career training as a Registered Nurse at Guy’s Hospital, London.

    Following a long and successful career in the NHS, she decided to broaden her horizons and transfer her nursing and managerial skills into the world of care home management.

    Jacqui now has almost 20 years’ experience as a care home manager and is extremely pleased to have achieved a rating of outstanding for being responsive by the Care Quality Commission on 2 occasions.

    Sandmere is her third time of working as a commissioning manager. Jacqui considers that it is a huge privilege to be entrusted with a building where we can create a beautiful, caring and safe environment for people to work and live in. She believes in providing a high standard of care that reflects our values of being respectful, kind, inclusive and passionate and building a team that can be trusted to deliver these values.

    Alison has dedicated over three decades to nursing, beginning her career as a community nurse, and more recently serving as a Matron in one of the Kent Community Hospitals. She holds a degree in Health and Social Care, which she obtained while working with the local authority.

    Known for her dedication and compassionate approach, Alison continuously seeks to improve her skills and knowledge.

    Hollee brings a wealth of experience having worked in the care sector for 11 years having started her career as a Care Assistant and working my way up through various different roles including Non-Clinical Deputy Manager and more recently Administration Manager.  Hollee is looking forward to welcoming residents and their loved ones into our beautiful home and for our residents to enjoy the many added luxuries that a new care home has to offer.

    Teresa started her career in care at the age of 18. She enjoys knowing that our residents have a welcoming and homely place to live. She will lead our team of housekeepers to ensure the home is clean and tidy for all.

    Frank is a friendly Cavachon, who belongs to our Administrator – Hollee. He is always very willing to greet those who enjoy some canine company with a cuddle!
