Work Progresses on Sandmere Care Home

Ahead of our Marketing Suite opening in June, we were delighted to go onsite to see how the works were progressing on the build and boy were we in for a pleasant surprise.  With flooring going down, paint on the walls, installation of fixtures and fittings and some great statement lighting the home is looking spectacular!

The home offers beautifully curated accommodation in ensuite bedrooms across three floors. With a variety of rooms available, our lower ground floor has 14 rooms with direct garden access and private patio areas, for residents to enjoy the beautiful Margate weather.

Community living is available in abundance with a range of lounge/dining rooms across the home all with their own identity and yet so warm and homely as they open up onto patios or balconies to fully promote inside/outside living. The reception area is inviting for visitors and also includes a sociable café area for residents, relatives and members of the local community to enjoy a fresh brew and slice of home-baked cake, as well as easy access to our private dining areas.

Sandmere is a truly beautiful home that has been designed with residents in mindset over 3 floors that offers plenty of natural daylight combined with wraparound private gardens, patios and all-year-round terraces and balconies.
